A fun tribute to my good friend and mentor Ellen Schmidt: long revered in the Boston area as the "Folk Fairy Godmother" to many, Ellen has supported so many of us in our efforts while she continues to both perform regularly and run several weekly acoustic venues in different locations. Her energy, enthusiasm and love for music knows no bounds, and we are all so much better for knowing her.
