Originally written in the hope of making it to "Car Talk" bigtime, the dream was fulfilled(and liner notes validated) when Sweet Ride was chosen for Tom and Ray's Christmas show! It's now archived for posterity on their website, a true badge of honor for this humble songwriter.
Truth be told, Sweet Ride is actually a song about my life philosophy. Keep it simple, no need for crazy stuff, and appreciate what you've got, because you never know what tomorrow will bring. 'Nuf said!
